We are looking for smart, reliable, common-sense people who work well with others and take pride in doing things the right way.
This is not a cooking position. Due to health department restrictions, there is no active cooking involved. We are looking for candidates with strong prep experience who also understand the pace and structure of line work.

• Reliable and on time

• Strong prep and kitchen organization skills
• Ability to move with urgency without losing attention to detail
• Weekend availability is mandatory
• Someone looking for consistency and stability
• Good work history — we prefer candidates who haven’t bounced around from job to job
Position details:
• Approximately 28–33 hours per week for full time 8-16 hours per week for par time
• Fast-paced sandwich shop environment
• Clean, organized, professional kitchen culture
